Fifteen to One only requires simple questions with a singular answer (i.e. a close answer is not required). Remember that for Fifteen to One, the answers are typed by the players, so shorter answers are preferable. Do not worry about spelling strictness though as all answers are manually vetted by the host. If you want a question to only appear in Fifteen to One, remember to use the Fifteen to One tag in the game show category option.
